2024年3月3日に中目黒にある新たなアートスペース、Koenにて

新たに発行された第3号のリリースイベントが行われた。

Burning Magazine issue 03に携わった国内外のアーティストのグループ展示に加え、ニューヨークを拠点に活動するEmily May Jampel の”Lucky Fish”の上映、フォトブースとポップアップ、夕方以降はDJによる音楽がパフォーマンスも！

It’s all a part of our movement to move forward in this world.

あなたが創造するもの、私たちが互いに繋がること、互いに与えるインスピレーション……

すべてが、この世界で前進するための私たちのムーブメントである。

今回のIssue03 Movement Issueでは、過去の1-2号でテーマとなった美しさの多様性、女性の目線（フィーメイル ゲイズ）を基盤としたアーティストインタビュー、作品が並んだ。

人と人が繋がり、無限の形で影響され合い、インスパイアされ合うようなコミュニティを形成することは、一人で表現や制作を続けるよりもさらに強力な力を持つと信じている。

今回は東京で活躍するアーティストだけではなく、国外(ポルトガル、アメリカ、台湾、オーストラリア)などを含むアーティストの作品も展示され、同じ場所にいなくとも繋がっていてコミュニケーションが取れるこの時代ならではの空間になった。(自分の作品を遠い街で、出会った事のない人に見てもらい、それをInstagramのストーリーで、簡単に閲覧できるのはユニークで面白い体験？)

フェミニズム、アート、ファッションをコンテンツのテーマとしているバーニングマガジンのこのサイトでは、少しでも多くの人がインスピレーションを受け、作品をシェアし合えるような場として、勇気づけられるような作品やその他情報を随時掲載予定。

正しいことを、完璧に述べるのを目標とするよりも、思うことやそれぞれのストーリーや表現、インスピレーションを共有して、表現や共有の場で同時進行で学ぶことを目指す。

A release event for the newly published issue 3 was held at Koen, a new art space in Nakameguro, Tokyo on March 3, 2024.

In addition to a group exhibition of Japanese and international artists involved in Burning Magazine issue 03, there was a screening of New York-based Emily May Jampel’s “Lucky Fish,” a photo booth and pop-up, as well as music performances by a DJ after the evening.

It’s all a part of our movement to move forward in this world.

This Issue 03 Movement Issue lined up artist interviews and artwork based on the diversity of beauty and a woman’s perspective (female gaze) that has been the theme of the past 1-2 issues.

We believe that forming a community where people connect and are inspired by each other in endless ways is even more powerful than continuing to express and create all alone.

This exhibition featured works not only by artists based in Tokyo, but also by artists from other countries (Portugal, the U.S., Taiwan, Australia, etc.), creating a space unique to this era in which people can connect and communicate even when they are not in the same place. (Is it a unique and interesting experience to have your work seen by people you have never met, in a distant city, and then be able to easily view it, via Instagram stories?)

With feminism, art, and fashion as themes for content, this site from Burning Magazine will be a place where as many people as possible can be inspired and share their work with each other, and where encouraging artwork and other information will be posted from time to time.

The goal is to share what we think, our respective stories, expressions, and inspirations, rather than to state what we think is right and perfect, and to learn simultaneously in a place of expression and sharing.
